unashamed love

we’re singing a song at third service this morning, “unashamed love”.

now, despite the fact that brad, the guy “leading” pronounces unashamed with only three syllables, instead of the four that would allow me to stop obsessing about it, the words of the song are actually kind of intersting to me (which is kind of rare for non-hymns).

you’re calling me to lay aside the worries of m y day
to quiet down my busy mind and find a hiding place

worthy!

i open up my heart and let my spirit worship yours
i open up mouth and let a song of praise come forth
