quiet. too quiet.

i’m sitting at starbucks, working and listening to music on my apple in-ear headphones, because i (stupidly) left my bose ones behind.

(i keep an extra set of earphones in my bag for just such an occasion: i know me 😉

but, something is wrong, either with my headphones, my computer, or my ears: it’s too quiet.

i have the volume all the way up AND i have iTunes faking some extra loudness using the eq, and it’s so not as loud as i think it ought to be.

am i losing hearing?

are my headphones clogged?

is my computer broke?
