oh, great, now i have to mow

well, it finally rained. the vegetable garden is looking pretty pathetic (though the puppy’s trampling of it likely isn’t helping) and the front yard actually sounds like gravel when you walk on it. but it was nice not to have to mow for a couple weeks.
