I bought a new
“Team”backpack by GoList →
a couple weeks ago at a place on the northside called
“The Extreme Outfitters” →, to take on my hiking trip to the Red River Gorge.
The trip was fun, but my bag ripped in 3 places (seams) before we even got out of the house.
That suxx0r, and I’ve told golite that it suxx0r, so hopefully they will replace it before too long.

Chris,
We have had problems with a batch of Team bags that rip in the same spot
on the side. With that said, I am hesitant to send you a new one. If you
do want a replacement, I would re-enforce the seam. We do make a similar
pack called the Speed, which is more expensive, but I would trade one out
for no cost if you want to send the pack back. Check out the Speed online,
and let me know what you want to do.
